Activation:
The PIN number must be changed from your phone number before Remote Access Call Forwarding will work. If you attempt to activate the call forwarding from another phone before changing your PIN you will receive a recording instructing you to change their PIN from your phone.

To change the PIN from your phone:
Enter *98
Enter *27# to change your PIN.
Enter the default PIN 123 and the # key. Enter your new 3 digit PIN and the # key.
Enter the new 3 digit PIN and the # Key again to verify.
Hang up.

To activate call forwarding from another phone:
Dial                     (appropriate number for your exchange) (listed below)
Enter your 7 digit telephone number and your 3 digit PIN number and the # key
Enter *72# to activate call forwarding
Enter the number you want to forward your phone to and the # keyYou will hear two confirmation tones

To deactivate the service from another phone: (listed below)
Dial                     (appropriate number for your exchange)
Enter your 7 digit telephone number an your 3 digit PIN number and the # key
Enter *73# to deactivate call forwarding
You will hear two confirmation tones
